Muhammad Rubayat Bin Shahadat, Ph.D. joins the Computational Fluid Dynamics lab as a Postdoctoral Researcher. He will be also working as a Visiting Researcher at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Shahadat recently completed his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University under the supervision of Dr. Farhad Jaberi and Dr. Daniel Livescu. His dissertation focused on the Numerical Study of Spatially Developing Supersonic Turbulent Shear Layers. Dr. Shahadat's research interests encompass Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), High-Speed Flows, Turbulence, and Nanoscale Heat Transfer. Beyond his academic pursuits, he enjoys traveling, photography, music and literature.
